Throughout history the almond has been a symbol of good fortune!  We've taken raw almonds from a local, California almond farm and roasted them to perfection to bring out even more of their inherent toasty, nutty flavor.  We then add fair trade, Madagascar vanilla beans for an advantageous synergy of complex flavors that will leave you feeling most lucky, indeed!
