We start out with the finest sustainably farmed, organic ingredients we can find, most of which are locally sourced. Our alternative, minimally processed sugars are chock full of nutrients and enzymes that your body needs to digest them and we will never use anything artificial.

As San Francisco's preeminent craft confectioner of artisanal caramel products, we sacrifice nothing in taste nor flavor to make our sweets both sustainable and healthier. Our caramel is, quite simply, sustainably made real food.

Founded in San Francisco in 2010 by two good friends with a passion for feeding people delicious, healthful food, Barbary Brix is built on the premise that sweets don't have to be bad for you or the planet. We truly believe that you can have your sweets and eat them too!
